Mental Health HEROES was created with our community members in mind. Through fundraising efforts and quick-turnaround assistance, we lend a helping hand and offer support when patients with mental illness need it most.
The mission of Mental Health HEROES is to promote and support the activities and services of the Charleston Dorchester Mental Health Center in its efforts to facilitate the recovery of its patients who are experiencing mental illness.
We do this by supporting and funding patients’ emergent needs, which allows them to focus on their recovery.
Each spring, golfers hit the links at Dunes West Golf Club to help drive awareness and raise money for Mental Health HEROES.
